Who can Apply?
Hong Kong students who are enrolled in eligible self-financing First-year-first-degree (FYFD) programmes or Top-up Degree (TUD) programmes covered by the NMTSS (see Note)
Note
Students who are not eligible for the NMTSS :
- Non-local students
- Students already attained any Bachelor’s degree or above qualifications
- Students enrolling in any subsidised undergraduate or sub-degree programmes
