Terms of Reference

1. To advise on the detailed selection criteria for assessing funding applications.

2. To assess funding applications in accordance with the criteria and guidelines drawn up by the VSC.

3. To recommend applications, in order of priority where appropriate, that are worthy of support, their appropriate funding levels and any special conditions to be attached to the disbursement of grants, to the Permanent Secretary for Education for approval.
