Self-financing Post-secondary Scholarship Scheme Presentation Ceremony 2013
In 2013, a total of 2599 outstanding students, including 1744 students studying sub-degree programmes and 855 pursuing degree courses from 35 participating institutions, received about $56 million in scholarships and award. Among the 2599 students, 466 of them received the newly established Talent Development Scholarship (TDS). 553 of them were selected for another newly created Reaching Out Award. The Secretary for Education, Mr Eddie Ng, presented certificates to the scholarship awardees under the Self-financing Post-secondary Scholarship Scheme at the Presentation Ceremony on 11 April 2013.
